There are times when interactions with people and places create mental, emotional and spiritual processes, which weaken our protective field, thus allowing intrusions to form and enter. This also happens through our own negative thoughts and emotions that are set on "replay". We often feel these intrusions as physical pain or discomfort in an area(s) of the body. Sometimes, we also experience sudden emotional pushes (I was fine then all the sudden these intense emotions came up, out of nowhere) mental blocks, and/or energetic and spiritual sensations of depletion. Which can be the result of intruders in our bodily fields, according to shamanism. As a shamanic practitioner, my clients have mentioned "I don't know exactly when it started, or how this pain got here, but I've been hurting here, off and on for a long time". It's stated that their pain is residing within them, with often no recall of accident or falls, and no memory of injury that resulted in physical harm. They've also shared accounts of "black cloud" type energies around them, with suddenly feeling emotional uprise or spiritual and energetic depletion, for which they cannot recall a situation or experience that would support how they are feeling.
