Service Description

I am here to listen to what you are feeling and understand what you're sensing you need, while holding the space of deep compassion. As a facilitator, I come to you with an open heart, each and every time, I've discovered I am not able to help all of the people, all of the time. I've learned that even though I have the desire to hold space for everyone in need, I am not always the best fit. It's important that we feel natural and comfortable together, before we dive into deep spiritual work. We want to remove the veil and fully open our hearts to the process. I do not assist with a quick fix. There is no quick method for lasting healing. I give tools and formats for freeing people of the blockages and binds, that result in ones hurting and the illness and diseases that trauma creates. It's my ultimate goal to empower you! You do the work. This includes the exercises I give after session to integrate the healings. The homework is essential. It's how we integrate the tools for wholeness, freedom and bliss. My style of facilitation requires that my clients actively engage and fully participate mind, body and spirit with their sessions and beyond, with the homework. If you are not able or ready to take this type of responsibility, I am not the right facilitator for you. WE do the work together. I am here to hold you along the way, in love and with starlite.
