This spiritual gathering consists of:

*Opening prayer ~ Calling in and opening sacred space.

*An introduction to the shamanic journey.

*Explanation of the three worlds, according to shamanic cosmology.

*Breath work for centering and grounding.

*Anchoring for connection.

*A shamanic journey to the lower worlds to meet an animal helper.

*Sharing circle.

*Closing prayer.

 ***Doors open at HIBS Studio at 6:15 PM. We begin at right at 6:30 PM. Please put two hours aside for this gathering.

Suggested items to bring:

Sacred space items (crystals, mala beads, totems, etc.) to be placed in your personal space.

A eye mask is suggested.

A journal is necessary.

The requested support to take part of this spiritual gathering is a suggested donation between $22.00 - $44.00.
