Methods for cleansing, blessing and protecting ourselves and our spaces.

Introduction to the upper, middle and lower worlds.

Drum, rattle and vocal techniques to alter states of consciousness for soul journeys.

How to access spirit and animal helpers.

Practices for developing deeper relationships with the helpers and guides we meet in our journeys.

Weekly integration exercises and practices to enhance and strengthen our soul journey methods.

Instructions with how to journey for love, healing, and wisdom. 

How to manange circle discussions in an effective and timely manner.

*** In this course there are no religious or specific spiritual teachings. This course offers a beautiful outline that all walks of life can learn, to journey and offer journeys to others. Through practice, the wisdom of what you personally need to bring to the container for a soul journey (may be spiritual or religious based off of your specific beliefs and those you are working with) will come through for you. 

** This course additionally includes discussions around various cultural practices in soul journeys for your knowledge.

* Everyone must attend each class, as one offers a deeper foundation to the next. Lecture and practicum is included with every class.
